International. (“LI”) ABN 97531450775. LI takes the privacy of the information
about customers of Lusia International and users of the
www.lusia.com.au website (the “Site”) very seriously. By
providing your personal information (eg name, address, telephone number, email
address, date of birth, gender, credit card details, country of residence,
nationality, and any other personal information you submit to LI) (“Personal
Information”) to our representatives through our Site, you signify your

legally affiliated entities. LI may also disclose your Personal Information
where we believe it necessary to implement our terms of service or to protect
the rights, property or personal safety of another LI customer, any member of
the public or LI.

Policy, LI will disclose specific information without your permission only when
required or authorized by law, or in good faith believe that such action is
necessary to investigate or protect against suspected criminal activities to
our customers, visitors, associates, or property (including this Site), or to

If you wish to access or modify your Personal
Information in our database, or update Personal Information that is inaccurate
or out of date, please send your request in writing to the attention of the
