1. When I track my parcel, it shows that it has been
delivered and I don't see it. What should I do?
Australian customers, please contact your local
Australia Post carrier. You may want to check with your neighbors to see if it
was mistakenly delivered to them.
International customers please check with your local
post office. Occasionally items get held due to customs/taxes.. If your item
was delivered to the address given on the receipt as verified by tracking and
you do not receive it, We are not responsible for replacing it.
2. How do I maintain a leather bag?
a. Keep wrinkles
and creases out of leather handbags. Rub and clean by hand using oil
appropriate for handbag leather.
b.. Store properly. When storing unused bags, clean the surface of the
leather first. Then, stuff the bags with cotton wool or cotton fabric to keep
the shape of the bags.
c.. Ensure that
the wardrobe is kept well ventilated
d.. The leather
needs to bread - keep the storage open.
3. How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Once the order has been packed you will receive an
email informing you of the tracking number and carrier used. Standard delivery
usually takes 1-3 working days for metropolitan areas and 7-10 working days for
rural areas if you’re in Australia (longer for NT and WA customers). For
international orders, processing and shipment may vary from 5-15 working days.
